Is Microsoft working on QHUSB-DLOAD issue??

I just want to know if they are considering this as an issue and working to provide solution for device having QHUSB-DLOAD issue.People with links to microsoft please confirm this. Should i stop hoping and get a new phone?

If you get that is the only option to bring your phone to a service center or get a new one. At the QHUSB-DLOAD point your hardware is brokenn and your software is corrupted.

Also, I've never heard of it until recently. I dont think its widespread enough to focus on - and a software update isnt going to fix damaged hardware. Best seek service since that is not normal.
