I bought 500 diamonds from cloud raiders using a ms gift card.but now its now showing even though I have got a confirmation from ms

UPDATE:Contacting the customer care and I got the diamonds

Thanx I did that immediately and forgot update this post.I got the 500 diamonds thanx to the customer care.
