hi my lumia 535 give me this ( can't send messages and give a sms error: 28) i need a solution

The only specific mention of Error 28 for SMS that I can find indicates the recipient had their service terminated so the sender got that error.

Otherwise check that WiFi is off as SMS needs cellular data to work. Then contact your carrier as they have more to do with SMS than your phone's software.
