Some files won't delete in Lumia 520 sd card. Seems like virus?

[Windows Central Question]

My SD card on the Lumia 520 has some folders and files in the "Documents" folder and it has occupied alot of space (5.5gb) and when I try to delete them, they wont delete. I have tried connecting my phone to the PC and deleting it form there but nothing shows up in the "Documents" folder there. I don't know how to remove this potential virus or malware from my SD card? Help?

On PC make hidden files visible. If you dont know how to that here's the link

Then you should be able to see the file(s). But if it/ they were hidden I dont know why you can see them on your phone
