The device supports an ASTOUNDING number of LTE Bands. 14 of them. Bands 1/2/3/4/5/7/8/12/17/20/28/38/40/41. That is way beyond the world support I've ever seen on any other phone. You have TD and FD LTE Bands and enough frequencies to match any region of the world. LTE in the Americas, Europe, Africa, Oceana, Asia including China and Japan all on one phone? That's worth money to someone who travels a lot on business, I'm quite sure... And I imagine it cost more for Qualcomm to enable all that via the SoC.
