[L928] Accessing mass storage mode?

my phone touch screen died and i need the stuff off it its not running windows 8 phone
also cloud is not enabled

Best to create an account and reply to your original query instead of creating more questions. (since you appear to be the 928 person from a few minutes ago, I will respond accordingly)

The only way is to repair the phone.
The phone is not going to let you in until the correct PIN is put in because security.

Suggestions to avoid this situation in the future:

Use a phone with a microSD card slot and use the card for media. (you can pull the card out of the phone and stick it in a PC)

Enable the cloud backup so you have backups in the even the phone is lost or damaged like this.
