Have a look at the Win 10 Phones forum and Ask a Question forum and see how many, many, many users tried the Tech Preview on their primary device only to find out that, yep, Microsoft was correct when they said do not put this on your primary device.
The thing is, you need to be ready for the basic functions not to work, advanced functions not to work, all data to be lost, not even the ability to make a call to emergency services in case you physically are on fire, for your phone to be bricked forever and all manner of mean ugly things.
Not saying all of that will happen. Not saying any of that will happen. But any or all of it could happen.
Then you don't have a phone. How would that feel? Not very Bueno, I imagine...
