Why am I not getting 4G option in my Lumia 920?

i own a lumia 920 and in specifications it is mention lumia 920 is 4g enabled phone. But in network settings its showing only 2g/3g .Please helpme to activate 4g in my lumia.

There is only so much you can suggest with the lack of detail you have supplied.

I've not got a 920 but on the website it states "LTE functionality (4G option in phone settings) can later be enabled with a software update." but you don't mention your firmware version etc.

Does the SIM work at 4G in another phone?

What variant of the 920 do you have? I had an AT&T 920 before and I had 4G access.

My guess is it would be the bands your carrier supports for 4G isn't supported by your phone. I'd check what frequencies your carrier uses. If your phone doesn't support those bands there's no way to get it working.

Edit: Your particular variant supports 4G LTE bands 1, 3, ,7, 8, and 20. Your carrier would need to support those bands for you to get 4G on your phone.
