I don't know, but I doubt it. Seems tied to different regions or things, oddly enough.
Given the 730 and 735 has an OLED screen, I'm willing to wager not.
AMOLED (display)s are more susceptible to burn-in (see Lumia 820, 930, 730, 900...) than the traditional LCD panels. (see 720, 530, 1520, 710...)
It doesn't mean it will make a difference in typical use, but leaving the display on a static image for a long time like "Never" would do will not be a good thing to do.
I recommend a phone with an LCD for that, such as the Lumia 830 and 635 (or 638), which are placed right above and below the 735.
Also consider the Lumia 920 or a used 1520.
My 920 has it, FWIW. But its on the French CV ROM, another 920 may not have it. It's weird.
