The store detected the app that need update and keep showing pending and also if i try to install a new app

I tried rebooting several times and i changed the region of the phone also

Are you on Wifi or cellular? Some apps will only update or install on wifi and will show pending if using cellular .

No I'm on wifi and i solved it thanks i cancelled all the downloads and cleared temporary files and then rebooted and it works again thanks
