Can you get back into the Start Up Recovery?

Try restarting and holding the F8 key or ESC or DEL key or it may flash on the screen at boot up.

It could've been just an error that was a one time fluke. I'd come back if it becomes a recurring problem.

as I've said, it happens to me occasionally when setting up a new Windows install. I'd try again or leave it be for a day or two. Failures or things usually resolve themselves.
