how can i update to demin if its not available in my region

I have,a Lumia 530 8.1 cyan but I want to upgrade to the denim version how can I do this without using the update phone in my settings

Well, if you don't want to lose any data then that is the only way.

Your other option is to use the Lumia recovery tool, where your phone will be wiped clean and the latest version available installed.
