I'm currently switching from a Windows phone to another device. I tried to download info from the Cloud on a new device but when I logged into facebook, it said there was no data to download. I don't think that my Cloud is connected to facebook, just the Games Hub. How do I connect it to Facebook?

I don't 100% understand you. Are you switching to a non-Windows device? Also, what info are you talking about? Contacts? Photos? Those should be in the cloud automatically. If it's an app or game that you're talking about, then I'm afraid that's not possible.
