That is not nice but your information is not enough to help you out.
So please register and reply on this post with some more information.
But here some general tips.
-Check if data and time is correct for your location and that the time zone is correct.
-Go to settings > email+accounts and try ti sync your account. You may need to add your password.
-Login with your MS account, which you use on your phone, on a pc maybe some information is missing.
