How can I stop my display from getting enlarged?

Display Getting enlarge (i.e., Zooming Out when screen is in lock mode or anything else) without touching or doing anything and after restarting i seems to be good for some time and repeating the same problem again and "tap to on the display" is turned off still i am getting same problem....Plz Hepl me to solve the problem

You enabled the screen magnifier.
Go to Settings > ease of access > and set "screen magnifier" to OFF

That setting helps and not double tapping with multiple fingers
