Why can't I send or receive pictures on my Nokia 530?

I tried some of the tips I found on this site pertaining to the other nokia models. Nothing has worked. I turned off the wifi calling, Placed the preferences on " Cellular Preffered" , and turned on the data connection. Nothing has worked thus far and I need some help

Sounds like your MMS settings are not correct. Often times the details are just not written out for Windows Phone users.

To get to those fields you may need to edit, go to Settings > cellular + SIM > SIM settings > edit MMS APN

These folks are pretty up-to-date on APN and MMS settings and even though their path is out dated the field names are accurate and the actual values get updated. Try searching here for what values you need. World Wide Mobile Phone Settings
