Via OneDrive there is no upload possibility.

Backup everything on 920, hard reset 830 and while setting up, restore 920's backup there (I believe it will show you all backups, from all the devices). The photos, videos, and other such files can be transferred via PC if you don't want to upload to OneDrive.
