Windows Central Question
One of the many reasons why I "upgraded" from my pre-installed Windows 8.1 back to a more usable Windows 7 is that Windows 8.1 did not come with the codecs to play movies pre-installed. Instead, you had to go and buy the codecs as well as a software that would play them (at the time that I did this, I could not find any that were free that played the movies I wanted to).
Will Windows 10 have the Codecs pre-installed (or have somewhere that I could download them freely) or will I have to install a VM to have Linux play my movies for me?
