WPRT not working with Htc one m8

Hello guys....2 days back,I installed windows 10 technical preview on my htc one m8 phone.... Now I want to roll back to win8.1..... windows phone recovery tool is not identifying my phone,it was saying to turn off device and when the phone vibrates home volume up+ down button till boot loader menu appears,I did it but no response.... Please help me out guys

Keep trying and use also different USB cables and USB ports (and a different PC).
I had the same with my 925 but only after I used 5 USB cables and 2 USB ports it finally worked.
