We need more details since there could be a lot of factors that contributed to the dropped call.

How was the signal quality of your phone? How was the signal quality of the person you're talking to at the other end of the line?

Also, it happens occasionally depending on a variety of factors.

If it happens rarely and on long phone calls, it probably isn't an issue one can do much about.
