Is the Lumia 640 a formidable upgrade from the Lumia 925???

I have a Lumia 925 on T-Mobile US. I have compared the specs of the Lumia 640 with those of the 925 and to me they all seem comparable except for the camera. What do you all think? Should I "upgrade" to the Lumia 640 from my Lumia 925? Do you think its a worthy use of my free JUMP upgrade?

Maybe ill get the 640 as a secondary device and use the 925 as my daily driver. I could put the Win10 Tech Preview on the 640 as well.
