Lumia 525 goes into bitlocker recovery mode How to resolve??

Windows Central Question

Last night when i was updating my Lumia 525 to a newer version of windows 10 TP after completing the update my phone restarted automatically and from then it showing blue colour bitlocker recovery screen plzzzz help :(
