Please suggest Phone for street photography at night?

I need a Phone within Rupees 25k for shooting decent low-light shots at night when I am not using my DSLR. What are my options at the moment?

L930 for sure!
L1020 is amazing phone about photography but you'll get irritated because of its slow photo processing.

I'm not a fan of Samsung, but I watched a review of it and the low light pics are amazing!
Lumia 930 is great too + 730 but it won't be in HR, only 6.7MP

But when the streets are really dark... out comes the 920 to trounce all the pretenders to low lights picture taking ....

Any Lumia that shoots DNG is a good option. i would go for a 930. or wait a couple of months and get the a new high-end Lumia.

If the budget is tight i would go for the 1020.

Well it would be L920 or L1020. Never touched my DSLR after buying these two phones.

L1020 with the camera grip is the best.
