avast problem please help!

hi.i recently uninstalled avast because i wanted a more lightweight av.installed 360 ts.
i was browsing my computer folders and i found avast! sandbox.it says i can't delete it, i need permission from "administrators" and it has a file called ctfmon
please help im so angry
