Synchronisation between outlook inbox and Nokia's one not working

When i'm moving email from my inbox to any subfolder on my Outlook (on my computer) it's not reflecting on my Nokia. When i open my mailbox on my phone all emails received appears even the one that should be classified in a subfolder.

Any one knows how to tackle this issue>

How often does your email sync? You can check that under settings and change it.

If it's 'immediate' it will still take a bit of time (nothing is 100% immediate).

Have you forced synced your email at all to see if things move? Try connecting to WiFi and force sync.
