How do i uninstall windows 10 and return to 8.1?

Windows 10 does not appear to be working properly. i would like to remove 10 and revert to 8.1.

Don't panic. The OP did not mention what kind of problems he was having. It may be he just wants to go back to what he knows. I have had Win 10 on my laptop for the past three releases and it keeps on getting better. I am going to upgrade to the new release today when I get home.

This. I just did a search and this seems to be the only thread on the topic. So does anyone know how to get Win8.1 back onto their PC? I tried doing a full recovery but it says it can't do it and I'm not confident in wiping the drive and having it recover by itself (Lenovo Yoga 2 tablet). I want to install the latest W10 build today but if it doesn't improve things substantially - the machine is basically unusable as it is - I want to return the tablet within the 14 day window the people I bought it from give me to return it and it'll need to be back at factory default for that.
