Why do my Windows 10 TP updates take forever to download?

I'm downloading the fbL_impressive core 10122 update, I just installed the latest slow build last night. It's been going about one percent an hour, and I can't seem to find anyone else who had it take this long. Any fix or reason for this? Thanks!
