Why can't I hear incoming calls?

please assit as this started just few days ago...even if i answer the call cant hear wht the other party is saying...n also the caller will not be able to hear wht i say

Maybe your phone thinks headphones are plugged in...

Inspect the headphone port and make sure nothing is in there.

Do you use iPhone compatible headphones? If so, they may bork the disconnect recognition. Do a Soft Reset (hold the Volume Down + Power buttons until the phone vibrates and reboots - about 10 seconds) and get non-iOS headphones.
