Can I put 2 sims (GSM + GSM) in Nokia Lumia 640?

I was seeing the reviews of Nokia Lumia 640 dual sim version and I would like to know that, whether I can put 2 sims (GSM+GSM) in that phone.
Also, does this phone supports 4G?

You can in the dual sim version.
The 640 dual sim doesn't support 4G, it supports up to HSDPA+ (otherwise known as 3.5G).
Only the 640 single sim has a 4G version, but as far as I know, none of the current lumias support 4G and 2 sims simultaneously.

But don't get fooled by the lack of 4g, HSDPA+ speeds are enough for casual browsing!

By definition you can put 2 sims in a dual sim phone. There are actually 4 versions of the Lumia 640: 3G, 3G dual sim, 4G, and 4G dual sim. The problem is that not all the versions are available in all the markets.

i buy lumia 640 dual sim in india, i want to know onw thing , when i put my vodafone sim in sim 1 is its catch 3g signal, but when i put it in sim2 it only cathes 2g signals. i choose connection speed as 3g. Is only sim1 slot support 3G in lumia 640??????

Correct... Only one Slot at a time will access 3G/H+/LTE, the other stays GSM or 2G.
