Direct Denim update for Lumia 1320, No support from Service provider.

Meteor (Ireland) never had the 1320 as one of there handsets. Their customer support department informed me that "that Microsoft hasn't issued the Denim release to them because they don't stock this phone."
I am a Meteor customer and received the phone through a Microsoft promotion when they launched last year.
Any advice on how to overcome this issue would be great.
