We need more information since there could be a lot of factors that cause your phone to not have a network connection - from not having a SIM inserted to a corrupted OS.

What steps have you tried to resolve the issue? Have you tried restarting your phone, performing a soft reset?

What kind of signal connection are you losing: Wi-Fi, 2G/3G/4G?
