I think the only option is upload it to OneDrive and then Share the link. You can share (the link of) any file you got on OneDrive

You can do via any file manager(long press and share and select your account) but not possible by email client in wp.

Im currently on 10, but I'm pretty sure the option for sending files was also there on 8.1

When in your mail client (default apps), add an attachment and select from the device or from onedrive

We don't have an option other than to attach photos from default mail app.

I'm on 8.1, and can send PDF's using the Files app;
- Find the PDF you want to send and press and hold.
-Select share
-Select how to share it
-Enter who to share it with
-Send......DONE!

PS, If Microsoft wants Windows Phone to be business friendly we SHOULD be able to attach ANY file from our email app
Question, can Office 365 users do this on current Windows Phones?
