Why does my Lumia 535 screen display active automatically?

lumia 535, when i keep my phone in my jeans pocket the screen gets activated, if i receive a call or any messages the screen gets activated and it automatically cancel the calls or accept the call or it automatically opens other applications...

i have been to the services center four times but no resolution...

today they told me to keep the mobile for 15 days ...

its almost a month i facing the problem

This will be due to the well known Touch Screen issues, which cause poor responsiveness and can also invoke ghost touches (where the phone thinks you are touching it, but actually aren't).

You screen is probably activating itself because the 'double-tap to wake' option is switched on. Your phone probably thinks that the screen has been double-tapped due to the issues with the touch screen.

To switch off 'double-tap to wake' go to the 'Settings' app, then 'Touch' and find the 'Wake Up' option.

Obviously you will have to use the power button in order to wake up the phone with the option switched off.
