Cortana is disabled on my 930

I got my 930 for about 3weeks, and went through all settings manipulation still not able to activate Cortana.
Am from France so my first language is French, but i live in India.
So knowing the fact dat Cortana has some region limitations i did set my 930 to USA region and language into English. Still am getting dat screen saying : Cortana Off, disabled by company policy."

I'LL try to send the screen shot later.

Is there anyone who succeeded to use Cortana on 930, if so how did you proceed???

Do you have a company phone?? Settings > swipe right > Cortana > On

Nope, my 930 is not a company device.

Also, Settings >swipe right > is not showing Cortana at all.

Thx for the tips. Before i go for the reset, could plz let me know what am gonna lose as personal data or apps.

As long as you make sure it backed up successfully to OneDrive then you won't lose much, maybe some app data (game scores etc) depending on the app.

Your apps will reinstall when you select to restore after the hard reset.

Thank you guys, Cortana is now working after I did a factory reset.
