How do I submit my app as a beta.

I am trying to submit my game as a beta to the Microsoft store. But in all the categories (apparently I can't post a picture of the page I'm looking at**) I cannot find the "app info" let alone the "more options" category (and I've looked thrice over to see if it was inside any of those). Any searches I try to do on Google bring up nothing or bring me back to the msdn that apparently doesn't explain it well enough for me.

**I'm looking at the dashboard that has the categories to enter, your: App name, Selling details, Services, Age rating and rating certificates, Cryptography, etc...

I believe that only the Windows Phone store apps can be published as beta.

Windows Store apps:
Note There's currently no way to conduct a beta test for a Windows Store app through the Windows Dev Center

Windows Phone Store apps:
Submit your app for beta distribution through the Windows Dev Center while keeping it hidden in the public Store. There are two approaches: beta publication (only specified users can install the beta app) and targeted app distribution (anyone with the URL can install the beta app).
