Why windows 7 don't recognize my Lumia 520 (Windows 8.1 Denim)?

So I have my PC running Windows 7 ultimate and it just don't recognize my L520. I have checked from device manager (Hope that's what it's called in English.)

Problem was funny... I tried now short Nokia usb cable (From some older nokia phone I had) and now PC recognized my phone. Cable that came with my phone does charging but don't work when I put phone in PC...
