Will updating windows 10 lose all my data and files?

Windows Central Question

I am really exited to upgrade to windows 10 but i am afraid of losing all the programs and files

The upgrade shouldn't lose your programs and files. But as at any time, you should have a good backup routine in place. Just in case.
