Call log showing calls I don't think I made?

Hello,

Please can you tell me if it is possible that my call log has gone a little crazy. It is showing calls of 0.0000 duration made to a number that I did not call. The dates and times it shows are before I even entered the number into my phone. What could be going on here or am I calling when my phone is in my pocket or something?
