Contacts have disappeared from my nokia lumia 635

Been using this phone for a couple of weeks and suddenly the box contains my contacts has disappeared from my screen. Have tried switching phone off and back on, removing and replacing the sim but no change.

What do you mean by 'box contains contact'? is it People hub tile?
