Tried an sfc /scannow and it seemed to work but it didnt actually fix any of my problems. I have tried things like: Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"} for example that seems to be working for everyone else to try to get the apps onto my machine or my machine to reconize the apps.
I go to the WUapp.exe file and when i click it or powershell it it tells me blank error package not found.
I cant open action center and when i open cortana i cant open settings when it asks me to.
Is there anyway to force update to the next build of windows with out being able to touch the cycle speed like through Powershell? Are there other ways to some how fix the registry if that is indeed the problem? It seems like everything i have wrong with my current build has to do with the metro apps that should have been installed but simply arent or arent working.
