Popup virus on Windows phone?

I open internet explorer and browse one webpage, and it pop up "update your Lumia 520 now", i pressed ok, then it kept redirect, in the loop, and some link are adult web
What shall i do?

Close the tab and relax. Windows phones aren't affected by viruses

Edit: Apparently, the "virus" might be the Wi-Fi route hacked, although it is my own Wi-Fi....

OYou think I don't know what to do? Closed the tab, spam clicking clear browser history, no cookie allowed. When I open the same page, it redirect again
