Should insiders make the windows 10 reservation?

Am an insider, but I haven't downloaded the preview yet, wanted to download the final or almost finished build of the insider build, but now MS is giving us a way to make the windows 10 reservation, and today the windows icon popped up on my PC, should I go ahead and make the reservation and download the public release when is available or should I let it pass and download the next TP build, cause from the reports it has fewer bugs now, or should I make the reservation and still download the next or next next TP build?

If you're a registered insider, you're already pre-opted in.

I had the pop up on my desktop PC (still Win 8) and I got a response to say "You're an insider, you're already first in line".
