I can't install Windows phone recovery tool 2.1.1.0 on My PC (windows 8.1)

i tried to install windows phone recovery tool in my PC...but it always says... "setup is failed"..
error code 0x80072ee2

Any solution?

You'll have to use a different pc.I had this issue on my personal laptop and tried everything to fix it.Other users have also.The only easy solution seems to be installing it on a different pc

so what if you have tried on three PC , what then , have no more PC at home

Try an PC which is not in your home.
If it is a "network" or "security setting" probably all PC's are effected.
