How do I fix a frozen lockscreen?

Earlier today I took the battery protector off my phone and rinsed it off. After about three hours, my phone stared acting strange. The volume button got stuck, so I turned it off. It wouldn't turn back on, instead displaying white !. I put the phone in rice. Now it will turn on, but it's frozen at 9:50 (it's 11:52), pressing the volume and power buttons does nothing, and the airplane mode icon is showing. The time changes, but only to 9:51, and the screen doesn't react to touch...it also turns off every time the screen darkens, and turns itself back on after about 2 minutes...what do I do?
