Will Snapchat ever come to Windows phone,or should I just get a Android phone and get a Surface 3.Will Windows phone 10 persuade devs from Android and IOS to make apps for Windows phone.

We really have no way of knowing. That's up to Snapchat whether or not they plan to release a Windows Phone app.

It can be safe to say that once Windows Phone/Windows 10 mobile hits a 10% market share, Snapchat will take Microsoft seriously and release an app.

don't underestimate the power of the wrong man in the wrong position though!

I think that's a safe number though. At least in the US.
