Couple of questions, the first leads to the second really.
1) My update to the latest version is stuck, I've trying restarting the update. Restarting the phone, switch from 4G to WiFi etc but nothing it won't update. Any ideas to try?
2) If the only answer is reinstall, here's question two. Can I backup my world in anyway to put out back after reinstall (out even transfer to another phone)
