Is 'Vibarate while Ringing' feature available on Windows 10 Mobile yet?

'Vibrate and Ring' option is missed a lot on the current Windows Phone 8.1 versions. Is this feature added to Windows 10 Mobile? Its one of the basic feature lacking on Windows smartphone.

It rings then vibrates but they want it to ring and vibrate simultaneously

That's default behavior isn't it!
I'm not aware of one ever happening before the other.

Yeah on every other phone except windows phones. Windows phones vibrate then the ringtone plays without vibrations
