How can I permanently delete KB3035583?

deleting KB3035583

I deleted the reservation icon KB3035583 for Windows 10, but it keeps coming back. Why?

First you need to uninstall the update.
1. Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Installed Updates.
2 Do a search for KB3035583, double-click it, and then click Yes, to uninstall the update.
3- Reboot your computer.

Now if it comes again you need to hid it otherwise it will be installed again.

1. Click Start, point to All Programs, and then click either Windows Update or Microsoft Update
2 Search for update.
3. Click Custom.
4 Click to clear the check box that is next to the update that you want to hide.
5 Expand the update that you want to hide, and then click the "Don't show this update again" check box.
