Why Windows Phone Recovery Tool "Stopped Working"?

I need to install something else to make it work?
I'm trying to downgrade L720 from W10.
I've installed Windows Phone Recovery Tool, and it loads the splash screen, then a windows oppens saying that is Stopped Working.
I have already used this tool before, and uninstalled.
What i have to do to make it work?
