Why does the lumia 928 have so many issues? im on my 7th lumia 928.

I have had issues with not being able to use the phone unless its on speaker and the headphone jack has broken and the screen tends to jump a lot.

I had a 928 for a little while as a backup, but I also used it extensively as a camera and a WiFi only toy.

Mine never gave me any issues and the build quality seemed first rate.
